Cancellation & Refund Policy

  1. Introduction: This cancellation and refund policy (the "Policy") sets out the terms under which Hridaya Jaiswal (the "Designer") will provide refunds to clients (the "Clients") in the event of cancellation of a design project. The Designer is committed to providing high-quality design services and to resolving any issues that may arise in a fair and timely manner.

  2. Cancellation by Client: If the Client cancels a design project, the Designer will refund the Client any payments made, less any expenses incurred in connection with the project, as follows:

  • If the cancellation is made prior to the start of the project, the Designer will refund 100% of the payment made by the Client.

  • If the cancellation is made after the start of the project but prior to the delivery of the final design, the Designer will refund a pro-rata amount of the payment based on the amount of work completed.

  • If the cancellation is made after the delivery of the final design, no refund will be provided.

  1. Cancellation by Designer: The Designer may cancel a design project at any time if the Client breaches any of the terms of this Agreement or if the Client fails to pay any amounts owed to the Designer. In the event of cancellation by the Designer, the Designer will refund any payments made by the Client, less any expenses incurred in connection with the project.

  2. Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 days of receipt of the cancellation request by the Designer. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used by the Client to pay for the design services.

  3. Disputes: If the Client disputes the amount of the refund provided by the Designer, the dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of Indian Constitution. The arbitration will be conducted in New Delhi, India.

By accepting these terms, the Client agrees to be bound by the terms of this Policy. If the Client has any questions or concerns about this Policy, they are encouraged to contact the Designer.
